ICS Digital takes into account the European Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR. When we introduce AI, we accompany implementation with explanations, documentation and training adapted to the context, so that the people using it understand its purpose, limitations and risks. The current version of this website does not include registration forms, a private area, behavioural analytics or advertising-tracking systems. ICS Digital may process data voluntarily provided by a person who contacts it by email or through other available channels. This will usually consist of identification and contact data, together with information the person includes in their enquiry. Personal data that is not necessary for the relevant purpose will not be requested.
3. Purposes of processing
Data provided may be used to respond to enquiries and information requests, maintain professional communications, prepare proposals or quotations, manage a potential contractual relationship and comply with related administrative, tax or legal obligations. Data will not be used to create automated commercial profiles or make automated decisions about individuals.

When a person voluntarily contacts ICS Digital with a general enquiry, processing is based on the consent expressed through that communication. This technical processing is distinct from behavioural analytics or advertising, which we do not integrate into the website.
